MustSellitToday.com
Buy low. Sell fast.
99˘per listing until sold. No other fees.
Sell faster: If you get a good offer, take it. Why wait a week? Accept any offer any time.
Get paid faster: Your buyer has 4 to 12 hours to pay you--or your item automatically goes back on sale. Why wait for your money?
Last year, while looking at ads on craigslist, I noticed that about one in every 10 or 15 ads had an extra message: MUST SELL IT TODAY. Maybe the seller had a bill to pay or a gift to buy, and was willing to part with his item for a lower price AS LONG AS IT HAPPENED TODAY!
I have bought and sold on eBay since 2002 and have maintained a 100% feedback rating. (My username, ktubild, comes from my initials and my other company, u-bild.com. See my feedback here: http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=ktubild&ftab=AllFeedback.)
It seemed to me that there wasn’t a website specifically designed to help sellers get rid of their stuff (and get paid) FAST. So I developed MustSellitToday.com. I figured MustSellitToday.com would be useful to "must" sellers (fast sale and fast payment) and "bargain" buyers (fast sale and low prices).
To me, if you need to sell your item (and get paid) fast, other online auction sites take too long. Auctions typically last a week and all the action takes place in the final few minutes, frequently in the final few seconds. Craigslist is generally limited to a certain area, requires local pick-up and has no competitive bidding process or online payment option. Where would you go if you wanted—or needed—to sell something right away, but still wanted to have competitive bidding for your item? And a way to get paid?
I also think that the popular auction sites are too costly and too complicated. They are filled with restrictions on listings and on deals that take place outside the site. They are dominated by large retailers. Plus, they no longer have the fun, flea-market atmosphere and bargain hunting they once had.
So I decided to create a new auction site. MustSellitToday.com is:
FASTER
I figured that transactions would be a lot speedier if somehow the process got turned around so that the action would come at the beginning instead of the end. So how to zip things along? There was a very simple solution: let sellers accept any offer from any buyer at any time. If a seller receives an acceptable offer within minutes of listing, he would be able to sell within minutes. Why wait a week?
Then, to make sure sellers get paid fast, MustSellitToday.com puts buyers on the clock as soon as their offer is accepted. Buyers are required to make payment in 4-12 hours, depending on the sellers’ wishes, and ratings for buyers include information about how fast they pay. If payment isn’t made in the time allowed, the item goes back on sale and the offers resume. This way, buyers can pick up a bargain if they are willing to pay fast.
CHEAPER
I also came to the conclusion that final value fees had no business rationale whatsoever other than to take a few extra bucks off sellers. What difference does it make to the website host whether the item listed sells for $30 or $3000? The computing power for the listing costs him the same.
MustSellitToday.com charges only a flat fee. And a simple one at that:
Pricing:
99˘ Per Listing Until Sold
FREE Want to Buy ads
NO Final Value Fees!
I believe in good service for a low, fair, clearly stated price. So that’s how we made it on MustSellitToday.com. You can also make a deal outside of the site or link to your own site, because we don't need to collect any final value fees. Arrange a trade if you wish.
EASIER
Finally, having heard from many people over the years, young and old, that auction sites were too slow and complicated, I decided to make it simple and fast for anyone to list or buy an item for sale. You will not need a "Video Professor" or an "MSiT for Dummies" to use our site.
Please feel free to call or email. We will not try to avoid you. Call us at (877) MSiT-321 or email us at customerservice@MustSellitToday.com. We will help you get your item listed. We will answer your questions. We will resolve disputes quickly and fairly. We know we need a lot of listings to draw buyers, so we want to keep our sellers happy.
